Congratulations to student Shabab Saad

Congratulations to student Shabab Saad, who was awarded a prize at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AICHE) Annual Student Conference. Of the hundreds of posters presented his, entitled "Sol-Gel Synthesis of Clear Uncracked Silica Glass with Large Pore Sizes", won 2nd prize under the Materials Science and Engineering division. Shabab is shown below (center) receiving his award.
