Congratulations to CHTM graduate student Md Mottaleb Hossain, who has been appointed as the Associate Vice-President of Student Membership by the IEEE Photonics Society for 2014-2015.  He also won the "People's Choice" award in the student poster competition at UNM CS/ECE Tech Day 2014.
